Unfortunately, found a mat of hair on the carpet and stray hairs on the duvet, which made the cleanliness feel lacking. The shower base was dangerously slippery, giving off a greasy vibe, while dusty mugs for tea and coffee didn’t help the impression. Room service had a frustratingly long wait time on one occasion, which disrupted our downtime when they rudely entered without knocking.

I stayed at Antoinette for two nights and found a clean, comfortable Snug Double Room. Friendly staff made my experience enjoyable. A slight issue with the shower temperature, but overall a lovely stay. Great location for exploring London while still feeling like a retreat.

definitely a hidden gem in london with its own free parking and friendly staff. rooms were comfy n air conditioned. breakfast looked great and was cooked well. really nice lounge area and bar too. bus stops right outside make getting around super easy!

the only downside was that i wished i had more time to stay. also, the building site next door was a bit annoying.
